A Book of Spirits and Thieves was a pleasant surprise, blending modern day with the ancient adventures in Mytica. 

This second series by Morgan basically melds the amazing world of FK and blends it with a modern urban fantasy feel. 

The Darkest Magic comes out next month and I am desperately waiting!!

I love this book. It's simple, straight to the point and uninhibited. It's so refreshing to have a book that remains so timeless and beautiful in it's message. I am a Christian and I think all believers and nonbelievers would benefit from reading this beautiful book. It cuts to the heart of being human and what the Gospel really means.

Would you rather care for a blast-ended skrewt or get hit with the slug eating curse?

To be quite honest, this is a no brainer.

I'd much rather care for a blast-ended skrewt, despite their dangerous and large appearance, I trust that I could have the proper equipment available to me and possible help from Hagrid... but eating/vomiting slugs?
